A Dreamy Playhouse

We spent Sunday afternoon with some great friends. After some fun in the pool the girls played in Avery's playhouse that her Grandpa built for her. It has a front porch, wood floors, electricity, stain glass windows, and a play kitchen. It is so cute!! Caroline loved it! (what little girl wouldn't!)

Lunch Date

Grandaddy and Grandmommy left for their Indiana home on Saturday. We enjoyed lunch with them before they left. They are already missed!!! :(

Shopping Girl

Caroline's favorite thing to do is find whatever she can get on her arm (baskets, bracelets, rags) then wave "bye bye" and blow kisses. I don't know where she gets this from :-)

Big Shoes

While we were getting ready Caroline slipped into Daddy's shoes. They were huge! She did manage to take a couple of steps.
She is definitley a shoe girl! Her first word (after Mommy and Daddy) was shoe. If there are any shoes left around the house she brings them to us saying "shoe".

Ready for swim lessons

Every toddler needs a monogramed swim cover up!!

One of my many swim suits. :)

Busy 16 month old!!!

The first week and a half of summer have been so fun!! The pictures below will show you what an exciting time we have had.
Loves to unroll the toilet paper! The bathroom is quite an entertaining place. She loves to go threw the make up drawer, even trying to taste some eye shadows :)

Ready for swim class. We are so lucky the swim teacher comes to our house! Caroline has a new suit for each lesson thanks to all her spoils at her birthday party. She's doing really well at swim today she put her head in and "swam" and actually held her breath!! Yay.

We had new flowers planted so we went out to make sure the sprinklers were hitting them. Caroline discovered the sprinklers! I was able to get her shirt off and then she was soaked so I just let her have fun. She loved it!! She eventually ended up covered in mulch so she and her Daddy went for a swim.

She finally has hair for a ponytail, BUT she won't leave it in! UGH. So I put in the rubber band and bow and it lasts about 3 seconds. One of these days she will wear all the cute bows
I have for her :)

She loves the fridge!!! Anytime it is open she is right there to get in and explore. She actually has climbed up in there to see what else she can find. I guess with the hot summer days she has the right idea :)

One day last week she discovered how to cross her arms. It was so funny watching her figure it out. Now she'll come lean over the coffee table with arms crossed
and look around like "what's going on?"

In her big girl chair with her big girl plate. She ate about half her meal and then the plate went flying :) Her favorite thing to do, throw food and her cup!

Everyday is a new adventure and we are having a blast!!

Grandpa Buerger

Bradleys Father met Caroline for the first time and they loved eachother! She ran around and he followed; they laughed together and had so much fun.
